Hi
Can anyone describe here detailly, like what configurations needs to be done for displaying the timeline data on the case form.
As for me timeline data is not displaying on the case form.(Case Module)

Hello,
The timeline provides a visual display of case activities. The timeline appears at the top of the Case form when viewed by an agent or manager in the Customer Service Management application.
If you are an admin and still not able to see it do the below:-
Configure form layout for Case and check if resolution shaper is present or not:-
If not present bring it from available to selected and save it.
