Once I select any contact ‘Escalated To’ Lov, an email should be triggered to the contact and also all upper level contact(s) from the one which is selected should be marked in CC eg. If software group is selected by NOC engineer, then email should be sent to AD TAC and MGR CSA, AD Net Ops should be marked in CC. How to achieve using workflow.

Just want to understand, from where are you selecting upper level contacts. do you have that logic ? 

If so, please show here, so we can give a solution ..

Hi

In escalation form I have one field Escalation to , that field is reference field from group. When engineer escalate the case he fill escalated to and request source ,In escalated to he/she selected  one group .For example then email should be sent to AD TAC and MGR CSA, AD Net Ops should be marked in CC. How to achieve using workflow.
