Hi,
I previously worked in my PDI and impersonated a user to test a feature. I liked "end impersonation" in order to return to admin, but the screen reloaded and I was still impersonating the same user. I tried this a few times and tried impersonating another user, but it would keep me logged in as the same original impersonation.
I logged out and tried logging back in, but it will not allow me to log in as admin. I tried refreshing my PDI, but that also didn't work.
Does anyone know of a fix for this issue or can anyone tell me how to submit a ticket for the Developer site for my PDI?
Thanks!

You might have to clear the cache and cookies on your browser. If that still doesn't work I'd try resetting the admin credentials on your PDI from "Manage Credentials" under the "Instance Actions" on the developer site.

Hello jonsan09,
Thank you for the suggestions! I tried all of such but am still not able to log in. I have created a ticket and hope SN is able to fix this on their end.
Thanks again!

Hi @Eric Livingston ,
clear the cache and cookie, close the browser, open a new browser window, login to http://developer.servicenow.com and select open instance.
Above should log you directly in to your instance as admin.

Hi @jonsan09
As you said , you tried every thing but it did not work, try in incognito mode and open developer.service-now.com and then try.
