Transaction cancelled: maximum execution time exceeded In Geneva Developer Instance

Hi All,
I am facing some issue while doing the discovery in my developer instance(geneva-08-25-2015__patch11-02-08-2017). I checked the logs, I got warning saying "com.glide.sys.TransactionCancelledException: Transaction cancelled: maximum execution time exceeded ". I have followed the solution mentioned below but unable to fix the above problem.
- Go to the list of the newly created quota rules for REST: /sysrule_quota_list.do?sysparm_query=nameLIKEREST.
- Deactivate all rules (change the value of the Active field from true to false).
Last month, we were not facing this problem, we were able to do discovery in developer instance with the same version. Also the discovery in the vendor instance is going perfectly.
Anyone can help regarding this issue?

Hi Rohith,
I tried the quota rules for REST as i mentioned in my post, it didn't work. Since our application is scoped application so we cannot use the other workaround.
Also, I have upgraded my instance to Helsinki Version it is working perfectly. I tried running discovery even in Helsinki developer box there also it is working perfectly.
