virtual agent how to change new message above (system message)

Hi,

on our virtual agent, we have the chat storing the history. We are okay with it but as the chat goes on a message appears above the chat "new messages above" and if you click it, it goes to the previous messages. Its misleading. We want to change that or even remove it. Any idea on how to?

Can you please check with creating new message record under System UI -> Messages:
Like below:
