Report to fetch last 2 month data of incident data where incident state was changed to pending with their pending reasons.

Hi @AshishKM I see it is field value duration shows duration of a field in respective states. But I need a report on list of incidents where the user has put the state in pending or on hold for an incident. Currently, the state can be moved to resolved or closed. I need the history of incident when moved to pending.

I would suggest to report on 'Incident' table only & have conditions as mentioned in the attached pictures -

It does query for last 3 months as out-of-the-box there is no option for last 2 months. You can however modify this filter something like created-InBetween-startDate:To:EndDate selection as well however only issue with that is, you are hard-coding the dates & it will return you last 2 months data from today only.

Appreciated your approach but this report condition will not result all those incident(s) which were change to pending ( or On Hold ) in last 3 month. Your report will result if incident has current state = On Hold, rest may be already resolved or closed after On Hold.

Yeah after he explained further, I understood that this is not what he expects. A bit strange requirement, directly with OOB reports, I don't think it would be possible to achieve exactly what he wants. 

At best, he can achieve parts of it but not complete one. Fix Scripts can help give out such incident numbers & other data however won't look like a proper report for sure.

Hi @Community Alums ,

You can create an incident metric definition to capture state change if changed to "pending". Off courses this will not work retrospective but only going forward.
