AI Search on Self Service/Backend

Hello, like the title says, I need to know for my company if there is a way to use AI Search on the backend, on the main filter, the search bar, or even related search for like incidents for example, attached pitures of what I mean, I would really appreciate your help.

I don't believe these can be structured for AI Search, however Configurable Workspaces (like Service Operations Workspace) use AI Search.

I also believe our Next Gen UI utilises AI Search

I have a follow up question, we have the Agent workspace, can we use AI search on it? or it is only possible on Configurable Workspaces?

If we're talking about the Global Search, AI search for next experience is designed exactly for that experience.
