I am configuring AI Search in Employee Center using relationship data from cmdb_rel_ci.
We have relationships between:
Business Capabilities
Business Applications
Example:
Business Capability: "Customer Onboarding"
Related Business Applications:
ServiceNow
Salesforce
DocuSign
These relationships are stored in cmdb_rel_ci.
Expected Search Experience
When a user searches for a Business Capability such as "Customer Onboarding" in Employee Center:
The Business Capability should be searchable.
All related Business Applications should be discoverable through the search result.
The search should match on the Business Capability name.
Search results should display the associated Business Applications.
