Change management portal

Hi All,

  I want to know if the license is required or not for the users to view the changes.

For all the users that are going to be logging into the change portal to be able to view the changes.

Or if it's just the cab members that would need to have licenses for the approval process.

Hi @Janaki Raman,

Licensing questions are best asked at your account manager, because they differ between all customers.

However, Changes can normally indeed be viewed by licensed users only.

Think about, itil, business_stakeholder, change_read roles.
