Hi @joconnor as it is not an Out of the box provision, it is down to each customer/company to decide what content they render on their ESC.
There is ways to easily add external links or create topic pages etc. If you want to share a bit more detail we can better advise how to achieve this 🙂

That can be accomplished, like many things in ServiceNow, numerous ways.
Personally I'd look at maybe adding a Topic to the Taxonomy called Job Postings or whatever, which leads to a page where HR have their current listings or openings.
