How to update Heading Styles

Hello All,

Our ServiceNow Implementation Partner helped us set up Headings styles for our articles. Using this toolbar feature:

We would now like to change some of the formatting for each of the headers as our style has changed slightly. Can someone share the steps on how we would do that?

thanks!

@JD292 Hey, just to confirm what articles are we talking about? Are these KB articles or?

Hi Dan,

Apologies, yes this is for KB articles. I know there is a way to set font, font size, & font color for section headings, but can't figure out where to make adjustments.

When we select Heading 1 from the the dropdown in the toolbar, the article will have the following:

title

and the text in between the
is formatted.

Hope that helps! Thanks for the assist.

OK so obviously easiest thing to do here is ask the partner how they configured this, or review documentation they provided, but I'm assuming you are here because those two things are not an option 🙂

The field you are using, lets say 'Article Body' is a HTML field. As standard it comes with lots of formatting options including those Heading Styles.

As a first check, Right Click on the name of the field on the form, and click 'Configure Styles' and let's see if there is anything there first of all.
