I have a requirement to display the name of quick link below the image not on the image.
Like this:
Example Password reset should be present below the image, please guide what can I do?

First navigate to your employee center portal, and click on Instance options on your Quick link (Ctrl + right click)
You'll want to configure your Instance Options as follow:
After that, on your instance navigate to Employee Center > quick links
Search for your quick link and open the record
Add your image as the Icon
And you should get the effect you are looking for
