Greetings to All,

 

So I have a slightly strange issue and I'm wondering if anyone has advice for what I should do. Two years ago I took a bunch of the courses to familiarize myself with Service Now. I completed all of the required learning, but was unable to take the exam in time. All of my badges and accomplishments have been saved under my old email address. I am now trying to get into the upcoming cohort and I have started my journey using a new email address. Do my accomplishments transfer over? How do I resolve this? I really want to be a part of this community and I'm afraid of something derailing my progress. Has anyone gone through this? Is there someone I can contact to speak with a live person to discuss my situation? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
