Nostalgic for the old approach

I'll admit, I am not sure we went better with this one.
I really preferred that some more agency is given to the people to understand their issue. New interface takes that away.

Hi @MajaR
One thing I appreciate about ServiceNow is its continuous evolution to make life easier for all stakeholders, including developers, administrators, business users, and process owners.
For example, in the early days, integrations were primarily built using REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and other custom scripting approaches. While these methods were powerful, they often required significant development effort and technical expertise.
Over time, ServiceNow introduced IntegrationHub, Spokes, and Flow Designer Actions, enabling a more low-code approach to integrations and automation. Today, many integration and workflow requirements can be implemented through configuration rather than extensive custom coding.
This shift not only accelerates development but also makes solutions easier to maintain, enhances reusability, and allows a broader range of platform users to contribute. ServiceNow continues to invest in features and interfaces that simplify complex tasks, improve productivity, and help organizations deliver value more quickly.
As the platform evolves, it becomes increasingly focused on reducing technical barriers while still providing the flexibility needed for complex enterprise solutions.
