Replace Helpful-Yes or Helpful-No with Thumbs up or Thumbs down in ESC portal

Hi Everyone

I was given a requirement to change the OOTB "Yes"/"No" buttons in the question "Helpful?" in KB articles for more appealing Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down buttons.

I want this requirement to get applicable in Employee Center Portal. 

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this for ESC Portal?
