Search inside custom workspace throwing bad request 400 error for application users

Search inside custom workspace throwing bad request 400 error for application users. When a keyword or number is searched in the custom workspace search bar inside the custom workspace, search is not rendering results and it is throwing bad request 400 error for application users.

However it works fine for admin/itil users.

Hi @sharan16 ,

same problem for me on Security Incident Workspace. It works fine for sn_si.admin role...

I can't figure out.

no more issues!

 

The problem was due to the fact that I had defined the sources in Security Incident Response scope but configured the search in the Security Incident Workspace scope, so i put all in the right scope and resolved.

 

So, check the scope where you defined the sources.
