ServiceNow Portal is showing the catalog items in list view for all users.

Hi,

       the portal pages that show the catalog items are displaying in list view.  It should be in card-view and allow it to be changed. How can I change it from list view to card view?

Please let me know the answer.

Hello @Seema Thakre ,

 

For this, you need to go to user preference, then select "catalog-item-list-view," and in value, it should be "card" . To make this preference a default, you can create it with an empty User field. SS:
