Subscribe News-posts från Employee service center (startpage)

Hello!

We have a News block on our startpage in Employee sercive center with knowledge articles thats related to "news".

Is it possible to subscribe News on all articles in the block? We are thinking that everytime we publish a news article, the reader can choose to get an email notification on News.

Hi Sanna,

OOB, you need to subscribe to each knowledge article individually.  You can create a Knowledge Base to allow people to subscribe to that, so each time a new article is published to it, they get notified.  Do you have News in a separate Knowledge Base or Category?

If you are entitled for Employee Center Pro, there is a newer News application that allows you to create and maintain News outside of knowledge.

Today, the news articles are in a separate knowledge database, which is visible in our service portal.
Next week we will move to the employee service center.
