Help in creating the report for Open to resolved and MTTR Report

Hi All,
Please help me to create the report called "Open to resolved" time.
I dont have admin rights and performance analystics rights. Help me to create with the filters or conditions, how to do that, screenshot or step by step process will be highly appreciated.

You can report on the metrics table for this, assuming the metrics are in place. To be sure: get some one with proper access to help you with this, if you can't access the metrics either. That's the only way to do it with normal reporting and then you can just get the correct metrics and filter on them as you want.
Or get the role for PA and use that one.

You Can Generate MTTR BY Create a duration metric for the Opened to Resolved time. Then you'll be able to report on time to resolution.
