How to connect Outbound API coonection with ServiceNow to Control M api

Need to understand how connection we can establish

1) How to Authenticate from ServiceNow to control M API 

2) What all things required to establish this connection . 

3) what will be connection type whether is this 

I have tried to create Rest Message 

Outbound >> Rest Message

End point : XXXX

Authentication : ?

HTTP Request : Basic or outh what ? 

How it allow servicenow to reach controlm - Is we have to enable anythings ?
