We had been using the Legacy BCM Workspace so far but we would get stuck on a lot of use cases that would not be possible to configure. We reached out to HI a couple times and they suggested us to use the Configurable BCM Workspace (UIB). We are exploring it- looks good with a lot of possibilities but we also have hit a road block- we are not able to find/determine the alternative of Grid Configuration (used in Legacy Workspace) for the new UIB Workspace. What we want to achieve is: The list layout of the columns of Dependencies for different Dependency groups should be configurable. We would like to show a couple new fields/ variables for some of the dependency groups but would like to hide them for the others. The list layout for all the dependencies seems to be following the default view. We have tried using Workspace View Rules and regular View rules but haven't had any luck. The documentation also doesn't mention anything for this- at least we couldn't find something concrete. It feels weird that something possible in the legacy workspace is not possible in the new one- may be we are missing out on something trivial. Please guide us on the solution/workaround if you have encountered this issue.

Hi @Parneet1 ,
Grid categories are used in BCM classic Workspace only. Starting with the Vancouver release, the BCM classic Workspace is being prepared for future deprecation.
Set up the following configurations to display the desired columns in each dependency group grid by selecting the fields from the configuration table.
- Set up element variable for BIA dependency assessment grid
- Set up grid configuration for BIA dependency assessment

Hi Sandeep, thank you for your response. I think we are talking about the same thing.
I have used Grid Configurations in BCM Legacy Workspace.
Now, I am exploring the new- configurable UIB BCM Workspace.
Since Grid Configurations are not possible in UIB BCM Workspace, what is the alternative that ServiceNow has provided to configure list layouts for different dependency groups in UIB?
