Followup checkbox in Vendor Risk Assessment not working in Vancouver release

  • Go to the ServiceNow instance --> Third Party Risk Management
  • Open Vendor Risk Assessment 
  • In Generating Observation State, Go to the bottom, into the Questionnaires related list
  • Use the gear icon and add View Responses, if not already visible
  • Click on View Responses
  • See the first question that has the yellow Issue icon
  • Add a comment and check “Follow Up” and “Comment for Vendor”
  • Select the Return to Vendor button at the top

Comments do not flow to Vendor Portal

But they are visible on the issue form in servicenow. Kindly suggest.

Hi @gauriShetye ,

You should be using "Vendor Management Workspace" for more efficiency.
