We would like to know, whether it is possible to integrate P&I LogaHR & Deltech (iTrack) in HRSD?

@abirakundu23 P&I LogaHR (to request vacation) & Deltech (iTrack) (for tracking the working hours), and Percipio (learning tool) are HR tools and we would like to know, whether it is possible to integrate them in ServiceNow HRSD?
