Is there a way to edit the RTO questions? (Customization of RTO in Business Continuity Workspace)

Hi All,

I am working on the implementation of the Business Continuity Management module. I have a requirement to modify the Recovery time Objective questions. Is there any way to do this?

Hi @Sangeetha Naga1 ,

The BCM administrator can configure the assessment questionnaire to include one or multiple impact ratings such as Low, Moderate, or High for an impact category. The impact ratings are displayed in the Impact Category view as shown in the following example.

Navigate to Business Continuity> General Administration > Impact Categories

If you want to Modify/Update the Questions, then open the required record from this list of Impact category and proceed:

Thanks for the quick turn-around!! But my requirement here is to remove the "What is the disruption duration of" and keep it as just "01-Low".

Is there any way to modify this?
