"GRC Business User - Lite" role not available on PD instance

Any tips to install the "GRC Business User - Lite" on the personal instance ?

Tried to opt in through the store but says i cant use my personal account.

If you want to install any application from store then we need to use partner/customer credentials (for ServiceNow support portal). We cannot install store plugins on PDI.

Hi @Ajay Guggilla1 ,

"GRC Business User - Lite" is not available for PDIs unfortunately.

This role is applicable only for customers who have purchased the 'Risk Lite Operator' license and installed the GRC: Business User – Lite application from the ServiceNow Store. Which is Only possible in your Company's non-prod instances. Personal Email ID's won't work for ServiceNow Store.
