Report with control and related attestation record numbers

I need to create a report that shows both the control record number and the related attestation number.  It would also be nice if issue numbers were on the report as well.

You will need to create a Database view where you can add both the tables asmt_assessment_instance and sn_compliance_control.

I'm not familiar with database view and it looks like I need admin access to use it.  Is there another way?
