What are some of the key automation capabilities that ServiceNow GRC provides in order to help improve process execution and efficiency? I see for example a couple automation capabilities include:

- Autogenerated issues based on risk assessment and control audit results

Well ServiceNow GRC provides many such automation features, it's on you what are looking for in GRC, then i can tell you more.
Which area are you looking at? Policy and compliance? Risk Management ? Audit?

Hey jbacon,
Your asks for automation can be created with the Flow Designer quite easily and some are already handled with scheduled jobs.
I even imagine a future version of AI Virtual Agent should be able to gather feedback from entity owners in a more conversational-based approach at some point.
