Upload of excel document to ServiceNow GRC

Hi, I would like to know how I can upload an excel table to ServiceNow GRC with the following columns: risk category, risk framework, risk statement, related control objective and control. Is there a way to upload this table so you do not have to enter everything manually? Thank you all in advance for your help!

You cannot do it at a single go, it should be done separately.
