What happens to the associated risks when a control is updated to a different entity?

In that case what approach would be your recommendation for changing the entity of a control?

Hi @AstridJ ,

Ideally, you should not change the Entity at the control state, as the mapping between the control objective with Entity Types, Risk Statements, Indicator templates, Test Templates, etc.. would also get delinked.

So if you want to change the entity at the control level, the system allows you to do so when the control is at DRAFT and ATTEST state only, but you will need to be cautious about the other mappings i explained above to the control.
