@EdanR - it is really easy. On the GRC Community forum - there is a section at the top called Entitlements - in there is a subheading Private Groups - click on the link under the header. Fill in that form and your request will be reviewed. If you are a customer/partner/employee it will be approved AS LONG AS you use your company email address. Requests from generic emails such as gmail, yahoo, etc cannot be confirmed as customers/partners and will not be approved.
