OpsGenie not creating incidents in ServiceNow

I currently have OpsGenie set up in our dev ServiceNow instance, but whenever i create an alert in ops genie, it doesn't create the incident ticket in ServiceNow.  I'm not sure where to go from here, there's very little documentation on this out there.

Hi @Rachele Tashjian ,

I would recommend creating a Support ticket with Opsgenie Support so that they can get a better look at your current setup, but the first thing to do would be to make sure that Create ServiceNow Incidents for Opsgenie Alerts is checked, and that the corresponding fields for values you want sent to Servicenow are mapped accordingly per this article https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-servicenow/#For-other-Opsgenie-a....
