Is there a list of which roles require a fulfiller license?

I know that there's a list of the different roles contained in the instance, but is there a list of which roles require a fulfiller license?

Essentially fulfiller is ITIL. So as soon as you see ITIL, that's the license count we all worry about in regard to our contract with SN.
