We're finally at the eve of Knowledge14 and I feel as though I've blogged about most things associated with the event, ranging from attending through to working out which breakout sessions to attend. But there's a big part of Knowledge14 that I have deliberately saved until last — the contribution of our partners.
According to Dictionary.com a partner is, amongst other things:
"A person who shares or is associated with another in some action or endeavor."
Which seems very fitting. And as with most industry events, our partners — in the roles of sponsors and exhibitors — play a big part in making the Knowledge event a reality. Which is, of course, in addition to jointly making our customers successful on a day-to-day basis.
And our partners are supporting us big-time at Knowledge14 — want to know how many there are?
There are an amazing 108 sponsors and exhibitors at Knowledge14!
To put this into context, that's roughly the total attendance for Knowledge07. And if you add up all the partner attendees it's probably closer to the number of attendees for Knowledge11 — only three years ago. If you don't believe me, check out the event growth graph here.
And in the context of other service management events this has to be one of the largest collections of relevant technology and service providers ever seen together in a single room — the ExpoNow area. So it's going to be a big room so wear comfy shoes to help ensure that your ability to speak with as many people as possible, partners or otherwise, isn't inhibited.
