We are looking for a solution to an issue that we have with the appearance of graphics in knowledge articles in our Employee Center portal. The images appear differently in the portal vs. in the Service Management tool. When we create an article in the tool, the graphics are sized and rendered appropriately, but they appear distorted in the portal. Here is an example of an article in the Service Management tool:
And here is how it appears in the Employee Center portal:
As you can see, images of icons or other small Windows elements are expanded to the same size as other images, and appear blurry.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix this issue?
