Knowledge Base Demo

Recently took over a Knowledge Base and would like to get as many perspectives on best practices, perhaps some virtual demos from companies actively using the tool, etc...  Does anyone have the bandwidth to help me out? 

 

This forum seems to have a LOT of very skilled people on it and I look forward to the learning journey.

I would suggest you to head over to Now Learning portal, ServiceNow Documentation or ServiceNow official YouTube channel to start your journey on Knowledge Management. In case you have queries during your learning journey, you can always post it in the community. There must be plenty of wonderful folks in the community to help you out.
