I'm looking to see if there is a way OOTB without creating an additional field to get a list report of the incidents that have articles attached and the person that attached them.
if I am reading the requirements accurately, the table to build that report is m2m_kb_task filtered by "Task.Number starts with INC" and making sure you have the column "Created by" or "Updated by" visible on the report.
