What do you mean, put SLA in workflow? This looks like a Request workflow, so you can just create SLA definitions with conditions to start on certain stages of the Request/Requested Item/Catalog Task. SLA is not triggered from the workflow of a record.

You don't set an SLA in a workflow but in the SLA definitions where you defined the conditions for when SLA should run.
