Can't make it? No worries. Join us in person from 11:30 AM to 12 PM PT, just before kickoff, to team up with other attendees on-site.

Cover the Key Roles
"Build a balanced team, not a team of experts in the same area."— Velvizhi Sujatha
Look Beyond Your Circle
"Build a team with complementary skills, shared enthusiasm, and different perspectives, not just people you already know."— Mahwish Subzwari
Find Shared Energy
"Build a team with diverse skills, shared energy, and people who are excited to collaborate."— Rampriya Sundaramoorthy
⚠️ Ground Rules
  • 🏗️All work must be done on the hackathon-provided instances
  • 🚫All builds must be created during the event. No pre-prepared assets allowed
  • 🔵Teams must have 3-6 members. No solo entrants
  • 📋Participants must follow all rules as stated in the Official Rules
How to Submit
Ship It.
Pitch It.
Your submission has two parts: the entry form and a pitch video. Both are due by 7 PM PT.

Submitting Your Entry

Your team leader heads to the Hackathon portal and submits your official entry. Once you've submitted, you're done! The portal link will be shared at the event.

  • 📦Complete the submission form via the Hackathon portal
  • 🔗Include a publicly accessible URL to your pitch video
  • 📝Disclose any Store apps, Share apps, or plugins used

Your Pitch Video

Use your own screen recording software. Clipchamp works great and is free. Create a short 3-minute video to pitch your entry.

  • 👋At most 15 seconds introducing your team
  • 💡What you built and why you built it
  • 🎬A live demonstration of your solution
💡 Pro tip: Have fun with it! Act out a scenario, add some humor. You're selling your product. Would you be enticed by your own pitch? Humor isn't required to win, but it makes your entry memorable.
How You're Evaluated
Judging Criteria.
Judges will evaluate submissions across five criteria. Judging panel to be announced soon.
Problem and Impact
How important is the problem, and how much value could your solution create for its intended users?
Execution
How well does your solution work from start to finish? Does your submission meet all requirements, including the 3-minute video limit and a fully completed submission form?
User Experience
How clear, intuitive, and easy to use is your solution for its intended users?
Innovation
How original and creative is your approach to solving the problem?
Use of Platform
How effectively does your solution use platform capabilities? Higher scores reward deeper use and builds that combine Build Agent and EmployeeWorks.
🕗️Judging panel to be announced soon.
