We are a nonprofit human services organization in the Pittsburgh, PA area and are interested in finding a reputable ServiceNow implementation partner / reseller who will assist us with implementing IT Service Management Pro.  While we'd prefer to go with someone who has a local/regional office in the Pittsburgh area (as there are a number of tech businesses in this region), we have not yet found one.  Are there any recommendations of ServiceNow partners based on prior experience?  Our sales rep recommended Crossfuze, NewRocket, and Ahead but I'm interested in knowing what the community recommends... ...
