We're looking for ServiceNow customers who are willing to share their real-world experiences in a short session (typically 15–30 minutes) on any topic near and dear to your heart. 👉 What we're looking for: You don't need a polished presentation or a perfect story. We want honest, practitioner-level insight — what problem you were solving, what you did, what worked, and what you'd do differently. That's what resonates most with fellow SNUG members. 🙌 What you'll get: A chance to give back to the community, connect with peers tackling similar challenges, and raise your profile as a ServiceNow practitioner. We'll work with you on the format and content so you feel fully supported — no one's doing this alone. 🖐 Interested? If attending, please visit me at the Expo in the community area. The SNUG area is called The Knowledge Playground and is the heartbeat of the SNUG community at Knowledge 2026. This dedicated space is where ServiceNow User Group members come together to connect, learn, and energize each other — face to face. NEW this year are the SNUG pins replacing the badge ribbons! Come by to collect this keepsake that you can wear each year at Knowledge.
