      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to explain how novice ServiceNow users can change their delegates from the Service Portal in the modern instance of Zurich. That option does not seem to exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like the simplest work-around is having them go to any knowledge article, then click their profile.
