Hello SNUG Members!

We hope you'll join us at Knowledge 2026, taking place May 5–7 in Las Vegas — and it's shaping up to be the biggest Knowledge yet! This year's event features exciting new innovations including AI Agents, Agent Studio, the AI Control Tower, and RaptorDB.

With over 1,000 breakout sessions and content tracks, plus technical training, CreatorCon, and much more, there's something for everyone. [Take a look!]

Event Highlights

Certification Exam Waiver & Discount — Attend Knowledge and take any of the 18 mainline ServiceNow certification exams without needing to complete prerequisite training first. Read about The Treasure Hunters of Block Island in The New York Times article or see the video on CBS News! The owner of the Glass Station Studio and Gallery in Rhode Island started the “Glass Float Project” collection craze by creating and hiding glass “orbs” throughout Block Island for people to find and collect. Join us at Knowledge again this year to participate in the Treasure Hunt! We will be hiding 3 ServiceNow green orbs each day and the special multi-colored orb on the last day of the conference.

Please visit me in the community area of the Expo if you attend! I enjoy meeting SNUG members to get your first-hand feedback and ideas. It’s hard to believe that Knowledge 2024 is less than two weeks away. I wanted to provide an important update about ways for SNUG members to connect this year at the event!

Sessions are filling up, but you can still add sessions to your agenda. If you are registered to attend, you can access the complete catalog to build your custom agenda. Please consider adding one or more of the SNUG Meetups we have planned in the Community Pavilion (available in Session Builder). 2023 Virtual Holiday SNUG available online

Hello SNUG Members!

We had over 2,000 people attend the 3^rd annual virtual Holiday SNUG event this year.

THANK YOU to our amazing customer speakers and the folks at ServiceNow who made the event a success!

For me, what made this year’s event a success was the passion and creativity each of the presenters brought to the sessions. We had different styles of presentations and a fully array of topics ranging from highly technical (with polls to engage the audience), to topics that addressed business issues and opportunities to learn and grow from the collective knowledge of the community.

We have never had a SNUG with this much participation from attendees – questions, responses, reactions, and participation in the on-line chat. Hosting with my friend Chuck Tomasi was the icing on the cake- he makes every ServiceNow event he participates in special.

For the first time ever, we’re able to offer the event to view online. I’ve had many requests from SNUG members to make this available, so I’m glad we’re able to offer it this year for your on-line viewing.

We have many in-person SNUG events starting in early 2024- so please make sure your preferences are turned on for notifications, and I hope to see you at a SNUG event or in Las Vegas at Knowledge 2024.

Knowledge 2023: SNUG Wrap-up

Hello!

This was an exciting year at Knowledge! It was wonderful to see and meet so many SNUG members. For those of you able to attend, I can’t thank you enough for sharing your enthusiasm for the program and for participating in the many ways we had for members of the community to engage throughout the Community Expo area!

For the second year, the Orb Treasure Hunt was a huge success! I would hear a buzz about it on the Expo floor as I walked around the different areas. You can read about The Glass Float Project that inspired the treasure hunt HERE. I look forward to the hunt again next year and am already working with the Glass Station Studio and Gallery to create unique Knowledge 2024 orbs for the Treasure Hunt next year.

The SNUG area in the Expo featured a ribbon wall to distribute the ever-popular SNUG-named badges and a world map that allowed SNUG members to pin their location. You can see pictures from the K23 Expo and some of the Treasure Hunt winners HERE.

We were able to scan badges and capture interests/notes/requests from Knowledge attendees this year. I have sent follow-up emails based on the information/requests we captured. If you had a request and have not received an email, please reply to this post, or send an email to SNUGs@servicenow.com. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Many of you came by to ask when the next SNUG event near you is taking place. As we ramp events, you will be notified when we post planning articles or events. We have one in-person SNUG event per year.

For those of you who want to meet more often, or don’t have a SNUG in your area, you can start a new SNUG Meetup (U.S. and Canada)! You will find details about the SNUG Meetups in the Program Guide.

ServiceNow customers are at the heart of the SNUG Program and there are so many ways to participate! We would love to have you present at a SNUG, host an event, or consider helping us plan SNUG events by becoming a SNUG Leader! Knowledge has begun and thus the SNUG glass “orb” treasure hunt! Find one the most coveted items at Knowledge! Each day 5 specially made orbs are hidden!

Some hints:

Only on the Expo floor
Time for coffee - think about all those beans!
You might get tire(d) looking
Chairs and couches are not only for sitting
Trees and shrubs are fun to investigate
Be sure to look high and low. In, around, and under

Each day new orbs will be hidden. Orbs not found will remain until they are found.

Knowledge 2023 Update - Less than two weeks away

Hello SNUG Members!

Knowledge 2023 is less than two weeks away. Sessions are filling up, but you can still add to your agenda. You can access Agenda Builder HERE. There are various types of sessions to add including Keynotes, CreatorCon, Now on Now, Think Big and over 100 Expo Floor Activities! Expo floor activities include many “Ask the Experts” sessions on the Expo floor. In the Community Area, be sure to visit:

CoffeeFlows - Work together with a team, to solve an escape room-style challenge, containing a series of ServiceNow Flow Designer problems.

Hackathon - Build the app you’ve always wanted and see what you can do in just 8hrs. Developers of all skills levels and even if you don’t have coding experience. All are welcome!

We have dedicated times in the Community area at the Expo in the Meetup Pavilion for SNUG members to get together! We have allocated specific times for SNUG members meet each day. If you want to connect with other SNUG members, you can post to SNUG communities to let them know.
