Hello, I was been able to update the email layout for App Engine - Standard Layout for when a request is resolved but is there any options to use template/layout on the Send Email action?

Are you talking about Email Client Template? If yes, you can use the Email->Client Template feature to create a template for the email sent from a record. Below link may be helpful

Thank you for your reply. This would not be the Email Client Template. When creating apps in App Engine, I have action items that send emails to certain individuals. Wondering if that email can be branded or a template applied to it? This was not a feature in the Tokyo release but wanted to see if this is an option now under Vancouver. Thank you.

The other option would be to use event based notification, because Send Email action has limitations.
