    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the MIM , I have added the Probable Cause in the dailog box that appears after clicking on both Propose and Promote to Major Incident Ui action . In the form view it is populating the previous of probable cause if there are any. But when i am trying to Use Promote to Major Incident in Workbench View ,its not taking the values from previous .&lt;BR /&gt;what might be reason . I have configure UI pages and Ui actions taking reference of Business Impact field .But Probable Cause field is not working properly . What might be reason&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using App Engine Studio to do this work? This sounds like it maybe outside in green Studio or the Platform.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried asking this question in the Incident Management forum?&lt;/P&gt;
