question Service Fulfillment Step Configuration - does it meet our requirements? in Architect forum

My team is looking into the Service Fulfillment Steps module, trying to determine if it meets our requirements or not. We would like to be able to work with reusable flow steps to do the following:

1. Set dynamic approvers not based on variable sets as in this example but based on variables belonging to the catalog item itself.

2. Set dynamic descriptions and short descriptions on Catalog tasks, also based on catalog item variables.

Is this possible using Service Fulfillment Steps? If so, how would one go about it?

Many thanks,

Kim
