I try to copy and move reports in a Dashboard from DEV to UATMA (different environment)

But using the Unload Dashboard doesn't work for reports within a updateset.

What does this mean: You can add dashboard content to the update set using default platform functionality.

(This procedure doesn’t move the content of the dashboard (such as reports, PA widgets, content blocks, and other widgets) to the update set. You can add dashboard content to the update set using default platform functionality.)

Reading your question, i reckon you've followed this article to pick up dashboards to update set:

Did you try picking reports in the same update set directly?

It also suggests, picking up and moving the content in advance if not with the same update set. Did you try that too?
