Hi,

CSDM data foundation showing percentage considering the relationship for retired Business Application and Application Service , why the dashboard is showing the relationship percentage for retired Business Application and Application service? could you please let us know what is the reason for showing the relationship of retired Application Service and Business Application.

What I've understood from ServiceNow is that these Data Foundation Dashboards are used to collect high-level benchmark data regarding CSDM adoption. And these are not meant to be customized in any way.
