    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am working on On-Before Transform scripts which contains Insert() and Update().&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to replace Insert() and update() because it is effecting our client health scan Manageability of the instance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you know the reason for using Insert? Normally Insert function creates a record. Changing to update may cause issue as the original requirement could be to create new record instead of updating.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23358"&gt;@palanikumar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yeah I know the use of the Insert() and Update() methods, but Client Health Scan report was not recommending Insert() and Update() methods for On Before Transform Scripts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here, Health scan report is recommending don't use Insert() and Update() in the Customized Transform Scripts only.&amp;nbsp; we do have more than 10 Transform Scripts which contain Insert() and Update() methods.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is effecting the manageability of the client instance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly Suggest me possible way to replace Insert() and Update() methods in the Transform Scripts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
