Bulk update for review to published state in KB Article

In the KB article, I currently have 300 articles in the review state. My goal is to move them into the publish state. However, only 200 of the remaining KB articles have been successfully moved into the published state. Unfortunately, I am unable to move the remaining 300 articles into the published state. Can you suggest some solution for this?

We can't help you without knowing how you are publishing these. Is it manually going through all 300, are you using a script, etc.

Also: what's with these 100? Do they already have a newer version or something like that? We don't have access to your instance, which makes trouble shooting with this limited information difficult.

I am using the both fix scripts and background script also I have tried but I am getting this error:

Source descriptor is empty while recording access for table sn_hr_core_case: no thrown error. Security restricted: Read operation on table 'sn_hr_core_case' from scope 'Global' was denied because the source could not be found.

For this error, I have created the RCA also. But It's not working.

It sounds like these are HR articles and you don't have access through the global scope. Can you duplicate your working fix script in the sn_hr_core_case scope and run it from there?

Yes, I am utilizing the Human Resources core scope. However, I have tried to modify the scope, but unfortunately, it has not been successful.

Don't modify the scope. Set your scope to the sn_hr_core_case scope and recreate the fix script. You can't change the scope of a record. You can just copy/paste the code from the fix script, but you need it to run in the same scope.
