    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Friends&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new ServiceNow Admin, and I need your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have Azure AD synced with ServiceNow Prod and Dev.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a user leaves the company, we de-provision the user account, which is hard deleted after 30 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that some deleted users are still Active in ServiceNow, but you can't find them in Entra ID. (they were deleted 4-5 months ago)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another strange thing is that deleted users' statuses show as deactivated in Prod but can be active in Dev or vice versa.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried Provision on Demand, but it didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any hints or help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any questions, feel free to ask.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
